1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in the CoExec AI Leadership Sprint, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not enroll.

2. The Program

The AI Leadership Sprint is an asynchronous, AI-guided program designed to produce a complete AI Operating Model. The program is structured as 6 weeks, with an accelerated 4-week path and a flexible 8-week option.

3. Payment

The program fee is $3,500 USD (plus applicable VAT for EU buyers), payable in full at enrollment. Payment is processed securely via Stripe.

4. Refund Policy

Complete Week 1 of the program. If you do not see clear value in the Week 1 outputs, contact us at hello@coexec.com within 14 days of enrollment for a full refund, no questions asked. After Week 1 is complete, refunds are not available, as you will have received working deliverables.

5. Intellectual Property

The CoExec Sprint Method™ and all program materials are the intellectual property of CoExec. Deliverables you produce using the program (including your AI Strategy, Use Case Portfolio, Business Case, Roadmap, Governance Framework, and Executive Narrative) are yours to keep and use.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Estonia.
